Will my swimmer definitely be photographed?
Yes. Each pre-ordered heat is loaded onto a poolside dashboard that puts the photographer's camera on your swimmer's lane for that race. One booking per heat, one subject. Full coverage from start to finish, with 10 edited photos delivered per heat.

When will I receive the photos?
A download link to your edited gallery will be emailed within five days of the meet. You'll receive 10 full-resolution photos from each booked heat, colour-corrected, cropped, and ready to print. Need them sooner? Fast delivery is available at checkout.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued for cancelled races, scratches, lane reassignments that move your swimmer out of the booked heat, or photographer no-show. Changed your mind? Within 48 hours of purchase, no questions asked. After that, refunds apply to the circumstances above only. Refunds are processed within a few working days.

How can I use the photos?
Personal use only. Print them, frame them, share them with family, post them to your own social media. They cannot be resold or used commercially.

Can I book multiple races at once?
Yes. Add every heat you want to your cart and pay for them all in a single checkout. Each heat is its own booking at its own price.
