    Will my swimmer definitely be photographed?

    Yes. That is the entire point of pre-ordering. Each pre-ordered heat is loaded onto a poolside dashboard that tells the photographer exactly which lane to point the camera at, ahead of every heat. Each heat is sold to one buyer only, so your swimmer's lane gets dedicated focus.

    When will I receive the photos?

    A direct download link to your full-resolution edited gallery will be emailed within five days of the meet: colour-corrected, cropped, and ready to print. Need them faster? Add the £20 fast-delivery option at checkout for a guaranteed 48-hour turnaround.

    What happens if a race is cancelled?

    Full refund for any race that does not go ahead. The same applies if your swimmer scratches or is moved out of the heat you bought. Refunds are processed manually within a few working days. Email us if you have not heard back.

    Refund policy.

    Refunds are issued for: cancelled races, scratches, lane reassignments that move your swimmer out of the bought heat, or photographer no-show. Because each heat is a single-buyer slot, general "changed my mind" refunds are not offered after 48 hours from purchase. Within 48 hours, no questions asked.

    How can I use the photos?

    Personal use only. Print them, frame them, share them with family, post them to your own social media. They cannot be resold, used commercially, or supplied to a third party. Your school is welcome to request a separate licence by email.

    My swimmer is in several races. Do I have to buy them separately?

    No. The selection page lets you tick every race in one cart and check out once.

  7. 07

    What kit do you use?

    Canon EOS-1D X / R3 bodies, fast telephoto lenses, available light. No flash: pool deck rules and respect for the swimmers' starts.
